Application and assessment process
Students can apply for the scholarship by filling in the application form HERE. Applications previously submitted in SH or SCYP application system will have to be uploaded and submitted in MATE's application system. After reviewing the documents, the International Relations Centre will forward them to the institutions concerned. Unless otherwise instructed, your first and second chosen MATE programme will be considered in the same order.
The application process has two circles. Those who applied for SH or SCYP but have not been nominated will be contacted after the nomination process is over (1st cycle), while those who applied and have been nominated for SH or SCYP but have not been awarded the scholarship will be contacted as well (2nd cycle).
Deadline of application:
1st cycle: for those who applied for SH or SCYP but have not been nominated (1st circle): April
2nd cycle: for those who applied and have been nominated for SH or SCYP but have not been awarded (2nd circle): June
Decisions on admission are expected to be made by the end of June 2026.
