Full Degree Scholarships


The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme was launched in 2013 by the Hungarian Government, providing fully funded scholarship opportunities for students from over 100 sending partners.

Fulfil your professional dreams while you explore your Hungarian heritage – the  Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship gives you an exceptional chance to develop both personally and academically.

The core mission of the Scholarship Programme for Christian Young People is to provide the possibility of studying in Hungary for young Christian students living in the crisis regions of the world and/or being threatened in their country because of their faith.


The MATE International Scholarship Program is the University's own scholarship programme to attract talented students from around the world. It is aimed at students with ambitious academic and professional goals, which align with MATE’s dedication to research and innovation.

Our Danube AgriFood master is a 120 ECTS joint degree MSc “Sustainability in Agriculture, Food Production and Food Technology in the Danube Region” program which aims to educate students who are sensitive to sustainable agriculture and food production. 


FAO–Hungarian Government Scholarship Programme offers fully funded scholarships to exceptional students to obtain master's degrees in certain fields.

Exchange Programmes


MATE has been a member of the Central European Exchange Program for University Studies (CEEPUS) since its inception in 1998. Within the framework of the program universities can apply for membership in academic networks or general partnerships.


MATE  welcomes you among its prospective exchange students coming with ERASMUS+ or any other exchange mobility programs.
