ORIENTATION PROGRAMMES - Spring 2026
MATE and ESN MATE has organized a range of programmes throughout the Spring Semester to help you settle in to university life in Hungary.
For the Spring Semester Orientation we'll invite all new students from Buda Campus, Gödöllő Campus and Gyöngyös Campus for a nice semester kick-off gathering at BUDA CAMPUS on 6 February, Friday, and a short visit in Gödöllő on 7 February, Saturday morning.
Planned programme on 6 February:

09:30-10:00 Registration, Welcome pack
10:00 Opening and Welcome by the International Coordinators, MATE presentation
10:30 Practicalities - info on Academic Calendar, Neptun, Learning Agreements, Certificates, etc.
11:00 Meet ESN MATE
11:30 Meet your fellow students throu fun games and mingling activities with ESN.
12:00 Buda Campus Tour
Break
Budapest tour with ESN MATE in the afternoon
Planned programme on 7 February in Gödöllő:
One-hour Campus Tour
Gödöllő Campus: 2100 Gödöllő, Páter Károly u. 1.
Meeting point: 11 am in front of Aula building, by the Fountain.
Academic year 2025/26 Spring Semester will start on 9 February 2026
