MATE hosted an intensive 2-day on-site meeting of Work Package 2 of E³UDRES² European University Alliance on Buda Campus from 19 to 20 November 2024.

​​​​After several online meetings, E³UDRES² colleagues were happy to work together offsite. “Real magic happens on location, where different minds come together and combine into a single idea—or, as we did, multiple ideas,” stated Patrick van Laarhoven (Saxion, NL), E³UDRES² Work Package 2 lead, when wrapping up the event.

​​​Work Package 2​​​​​​ is responsible for Developing Talents by implementing the E³UDRES² Multi-i-Campus, as well as systemizing, enhancing, and scaling up previous E³UDRES² experiences in the realm of teaching and learning through innovative formats and pedagogical approaches.

During the on-site meeting, a group of nearly 30 colleagues from 9 partner universities worked hard on the implementation plan for micro-credentials at both the Alliance and institutional levels. In parallel sessions, they explored opportunities for carrying out the Mobility Model, Shared Lectures, Joint Programs, and Future Appetizers.

​​​​Further discussions are due, but the productive exchanges during the meeting have laid a strong foundation for turning these ideas into actionable outcomes in the near future.
