A new horizon in university talent management
Become a future leader! The Future Leaders Program is a new initiative at MATE that aims to reform the university’s talent management landscape.We are seeking students who stand out from the crowd with their ambition, not simply their academic average. If you aspire to achieve the highest caliber of national and international opportunities, this is the place for you! Scholarship
Participants will receive a monthly stipend of 60 000 HUF for 8 months so they can focus all their attention on their personal development.
Reduced workload
In addition to the scholarship, the program qualifies for up to 10 credits as a C subject. In addition, participating in the program will enrich your CV and give you extra points in applications for grants and scholarships.
Leadership skills
Students can learn leadership skills that are beyond the scope of their core curriculum and that will make them stand out from their peers.
Diploma value
Students who participate in the program will have a diploma that is significantly higher in value, providing them with a stepping stone to a successful career. The program positions students at the top of the national and international labor market.

Structure of a year in the Future Leaders Program
Admission
A two-round admission process where applicants can demonstrate their commitment and talent in writing and orally.

Structure of the Future Leaders Program
Phase 0 - Admission
A two-stage admission procedure, where applicants can demonstrate their dedication and potential in both written and verbal formats.
This complex admissions process ensures that we gain a holistic view of the applicants and the candidates with the highest potential are selected for the program.
Phase 1 - Orientation
The program starts with orientation counselling to support students in choosing a career path, setting personal goals and finding a suitable project for themselves.
This initial step ensures that students plan their future with purpose and consistency throughout the program.
Phase 2 - Professional development
The core phase of the program: targeted learning according to choosen career paths, leadership skill building, attitude formation and community building.
In this phase, students deepen their knowledge and forge a close-knit community that lays the foundation for building their future.
Phase 3 - Evaluation and Progression
Evaluate and prepare students for post-program career development.
This phase ensures that students can move forward in their careers with confidence, having gained new experiences and skills.
