Mandatory Medical Certificate

Based on the Government Decree 16/2021 (I. 22) on the medical examinations of students from abroad during a state of emergency, all SH and Diaspora applicants are required to upload a medical certificate of satisfactory health condition to the online system by 16th May 2021. This document is accepted to be uploaded after this deadline, until 1st August 2021 in case the applicant cannot possibly obtain the document by the deadline. In this case, the applicants need to upload a signed declaration to the online system by 16th May 2021, stating that they will obtain and upload the missing document until 1st August 2021 at the latest.

Mandatory Medical Certificate applies to those Stipendium Hungaricum and Diaspora 1st-year students as well who are already in Hungary and will have a new student status from September on: preparatory course participants, those who change major or institution and those who continue their studies at a higher level. For the medical certificate, contact your district GP as soon as possible.

Dr. Márta Kovács is not entitled to assist students of our University anymore.
Students living in Páter Károly street 1. belong to Dr. Shafiqul Islam Bhuiyan.
(Public Health Centre, 2100 Gödöllő, Szabadság tér 3., close to the market place) Those who have never visited him earlier should get an appointment from him. For the pre-admin work, students need to provide

  • their TAJ number
  • passport number
  • residence permit (copy)
  • address card – both pages
  • A document proving which vaccines they received earlier from their childhood on. (Yellow International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis)

No appointment is required in advance for lung screening. The order of being screened is determined by the order of arrival.
