The International Dinner at MATE has a long history by now. The awaited Autumn semester event was held on 16 November 2023 in Gödöllő and it surpassed all previous successes, both in terms of the preparedness and also the numbers of countries participating as chefs, and the quality of the students in the cultural programme.

The performance of the MATE Forduló and the Hungarian Dance House were a great success, and the presence of 3 outstanding sponsors - the Embassy of Laos, the National Tourism Office of Tunisia, and the Sarasvati Foundation for Indian Culture - and the representation of their institutions, raised the level of the event.

Many Hungarian students participated as well thank to the reviving ESN MATE mentor team, ESN mentors took an active role in organising the Hungarian table.
